This is a multi phase project to include casita, detached garage, main house and pool. The casita was built so the owners could live on-site for remaining phases. While only 1200sf, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with open living concept and 500sf of outdoor patio space. The goal was to bring the outdoors in since the home sits on 3.5 acres surrounded by live oak trees. This was achieved with two walls of black wood windows and oversized sliders. The double sliders allow for optimal indoor/outdoor living. The homeowners chose a single sloped roof for a more contemporary vibe. Designed and constructed by Lake Living Design and Construction.
